I think he's pretty cute, but the combination of features (mowhawk + ears + dark nose, big eyes) makes him just the tiniest bit adorably awkward.

I really like it. It's very different and fresh but subtle at the same time. That little mohawk of his is well executed and doesn't draw too much attention. But it does give your character personality which is definitely a plus.

Okay, here's a real comment:

I think the right eye is too close to the right ear and the left ear is too far into the face. Also to make him a bit cuter but not full throttle femboy give him a couple of piercings and maybe a little bell on that collar.

I am making those changes, I kinda noticed the ear thing but the right eye not so much. I will mess around and see what happens. Might add a piercing, I will mess around with that too.

Something I noticed: The face doesn't quite seem symmeterical. The way the mohawk lays, combined with the angle of the head and positioning of the eyes, makes the centerline of the head appear to be shifted to the left.

The hair should be moved a little to the left (from your perspective, not anatomically) and the left side (anatomically) needs more of a curvature.

Man I love your work. Yeah, he's cute as hell! Your ink weight control is directing attention well on his face, though you might want to tone down the fluff where it has lines almost has thick and heavy as his outline.

Here's some insight that results from thinking about characters' geometry all day: His left eye (our right) looks extremely flat, like it's a picture on a flat plane, and here's why: with both his eyes looking at us, the two irises should both be round. My lizard-brain is telling me that he's looking at me because of the centered iris/pupil, but it also thinks that his left eye is looking 45 degrees to his left because it's oval, so it can't build a consistent sense of space and it ends up looking flat.

The human nail + animal nail, posed as if he's showing it off to us, draws too much attention; I end up thinking "wait how does that work" instead of thinking about how pretty he is.

Costume and fur rendering look great. Can't wait to see the finish!

Anatomy terminology attack! The cat pupils work great. I'm talking about the irises, not the pupils. The outline around "the colored part" of the eye needs to be the same shape in both eyes for the image to read right.
