One thing I did notice was Arrow's left hand. (character wise) That it looked more like a thumb then a pinky. But I did a redline. I don't know how much this helps. but I hope so.
Good luck

A few thing I can see:
--The character on the left is mid-splash, but the water below is perfectly calm. There should be water that slipped out of her hands as she scooped it up somewhere in the air between her arms and the water
--The forearms on the right character are too long
--I'm not entirely sure, but it looks to me like the right character's head is deatched from her body. It's too far off from where the neck is

Here's the thing about smiles...
When people smile, their lips mostly pull back. The mouth opens a bit, the lower lip makes the upwards curve that people attribute to a smileIn an extreme smile, the upper lip raises enough to show the upper teeth, but still stays mostly level.
Quick redline to show what I mean: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4815623/
I can see that your drawing is quite stylistic, and 100% realism may not be your objective, but I thought this would be worth pointing out. Pulling the lip really far up does some strange things to the face.
I think the overall length of Arrows arm isn't too far off. The pawlike hand has a shorter palm and fingers, which moves the wrist further down, which makes the forearm seem longer.
You be the judge: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4815725/
Erk... the wrist here should be a little more narrow. Pardon my haste.
I draw a hand as 2/5ths the overall length of the forearm. The forearm and bicep are of equal length, which seems to be the case in the original drawing.
Also, did a redline of the muzzle, as the lower jaw seemed a little short. This isn't quite a smile, more of a fearful reaction, in which the lip pulls up to bare teeth.
I love the silky fur on the forearm there, by the way. The eyes on both of them are very expressive, too.
By the way: your friend is too skinny! She should eat more, and put some meat on her bones.
