ANYWAYS, I've been meaning to post this. It still has some revisions and stuff to go through, but it's Vladmier's bio. I know there are probably some typos and stuff, but with the lack of sleep, I havn't really paid attention as much to it.

This is just the generic stuff for him, like I said, I'll add more detail and stuff when I'm done.

Scars: Several along his face and left eye, some along his chest and stomach, as well as his neck, shoulders and legs, one large one on his back, and smaller syringe scars along his arms and under his tail.

Hair color: White, black gotee

Personality: His personality is just like his past life Viktor's. There are some differences though. He has a love for collars, unlike VIktor, and when he is stressed, he goes into a child like mode, or when he's in pain, he's one to quickly give up. It switches rather quickly, such as when he finds out who Viktor was, he will switch to a child mind, and throw a tantrum, as a way to release the pain he has felt toward his past life. He can be a cold hearted badass, but he is very friendly to those he isn't going to kill or those that he consider's friends. He can be distant though, at times, and even flat out rude at other times. Sometimes he can be frightened at someone, and be cruel to them or defiant to them, depending on the person. Although, there is one person he has learned his place, and considers them his master and that he is a whipped dog. He has one person he is very protective over and will do anything for, as he does love her, as he did in his past life.

Bio:
Vladmier Vanya was born July 14th, 2060 to Anastacia and Demitryi Vanya. He was a troubled child even when he was a baby, constantly haunted by dreams of his past life. At the age of ten, he confronted his parents, asking who Viktor Zion was and many other questions, such as who the beast was in his dream and who the female was. This prompted his parents to take him to a mental institution, convinced he had gone crazy. Vladmier was left alone, for the most part afterwards, his parents only coming during the holidays and his birthday. He grew up, having a hatred for the man in his dreams, yet oddly proud of him too.
At age 18 he escaped the institution and hid until he was 21, when he finally decided to follow in VIktor's footsteps and become a hit man and drug dealer. His stark white hair and eyes stood out to many employers, including some who knew about reincarnation. He worked hard to keep the dreams quiet, though, scared he would be locked up again.

At the age of 27, he decided to finally find out who these people were, starting first with VIktor, before moving on to search for the other two. He found many articles about the man, including an article about his death. Vladmier then consulted one of Viktor's old friends, Hacker, who explained about the reincarnation process and how Vlad was the reincarnation of Viktor. This quickly cause Vladmier to hate himslef more, but he refused to show it.
He went to the woods and found where Viktor had been killed, and found VIktor's old collar, the one he wore when he had his new master, placing it on, despite the blood stains, and found he could not remove it. He eventually added a dog tag to one of the rings, quite content at his new found information, although uneasy about the rest of the dreams.
He decided to set out to find the people and ask them, why he had come back, who he truly was, and if his fate would be the same as his previous life.

Interesting Facts:

1. He cannot turn into his dragon form willingly, just as VIktor was unable to do, without causing him pain.

2. He shares the same enraged form as VIktor, but is unable to control it, so when he transforms, he will retain some thought for ten minutes, before loosing all control of the situation and will attack anyone and anything.

3. His Husky form is a puppy, as his species age differently than a dog would, instead, it takes up to 60 years in order for them to reach a 1 year puppy form. They can live long lives, and are very loyal.

4. He likes to chew on things, such as a pencil or a chew toy, even in his humanish form. He's constantly chewing on something, and will go crazy for chew toys, especially ones that squeak.

5. He's very loyal but it does take a few beatings in order for him to finally give in.

6. He loves to dance and go to raves, fasinated by the colors and what not.

7. He is absolutly terrified he'll die the same way as Viktor did, instead of living a long life.
