Canonly, guardians don't scar, but I like to headcanon that if they could, Nightmare would have burn scars from his apple incident, and due to being alive for 500 years and being a general outcast with no good friendships or coping mechanisms, would more likely than not hurt himself. And since he can't die from bodily harm unless it's a direct hit to the soul... Yeah, Nutmeg ain't doing so good.
The blue parts of the scars represents his magic/regeneration healing up the wounds btw. Guardians actually bleed red blood... and here I thought DT Dream bled banana blood lmao
