Celestialpup very much is of the opinion that he's above the other pups, but he'll still hang out with them. He believes rules don't apply to him and does as he pleases. He can do no wrong. (At least in his own eyes.) Has about zero survival skills. Obsessed with looking good. It's just about the only thing that will get him to stop insulting everyone else and complaining--telling him his fur is out of place. He'll freak out for awhile trying to fix it. ~ He's arrogantly bold to a fault since he has no real fear of danger.
