Back with another quick post since I just loved this too much not to post it here. This is an Artfight attack I did on Azelforest (which is who the character on the left belongs to) featuring my own boi, Xuesong and two familiar monkey faces. For context, Xuesong only ever leaves their mountains if they really have to, like for food runs. Just when they’re about to leave, the youngest troop members want to tag along to see what’s beyond snowy forests.

After plenty of begging and puppy eyes (and permission from the little one‘s parents) Xuesong let’s them accompany him. Long story short, the siblings spotted another monkie, which they’ve never seen besides Xuesong, and get just a teeny bit excited. Luckily the stranger doesn’t mind the invasion of personal space, having dealt with smol monkeys of her own, but Xuesong isn’t exactly known for being super friendly (also he’s lowkey always ready to throw hands if someone hurts his troop, he don’t care if you’re Buddha himself).
