I thought I'd exeriment with Tarzan's feet, here.
After all, in Disney's movie his soles are strangely tanned, smooth and perfectly clean.
In reality, I would expect a wild man raised by apes and hypnotized and brainwashed by some special magic toerings to heve pale soles, with toeprints visible and very dirty from being barefoot all the time. You see, I care a lot for realism 🤣🤣🤣
