Boo is someone I've watched for a while before working up the courage to contact her. She's always drawing the most beautiful curvy characters and I always feel like a little kid running over and offering Monopoly money to her :x
Needless to say, I got over my fear one day and got this absolutely gorgeous piece of art in return! Boo is SO GOOD at details and beautiful fashion! I highly recommend checking her out if you're not familiar and like pretty things :D She's most active on her Twitter so do go there.
This outfit is just gorgeous! I adore the colors, the way the top has a mesh to it, the floral theme, the ruffles, the BOWS! She's so good at making characters look soft when they call for it as well ;_;
Penelope does look a little taller than average here but EH, PRETTY :D

Either way it's basically the first thought behind most of her commissions. I try and not re-use any of the outfits I've got!
