An ncp from a d&d group with a small back story. basically poor Norbert wasn't to be a human and wasn't to prove himself to the locals. he works for a farmer herding goats and sheep for a living. Norbert had a few side quest for the pc characters and was just a background character for fun. ether way wanted to make him for fun and give him the respect he needed because he was adorable and good natured
