Okay, Fern is actually one of the first artists I have in my favorites list. I've been following her for a while and just didn't realize she didn't frequent FA all that much. EVENTUALLY I got in contact with her and WOW this is someone who loves to doodle :D
I offered her an artistic-liberty thingy, a wing-it, and she went mad with power and settled on this theme! The style is called Cult Party Kei, and I had *never* heard of it before despite being decently aware of various styles out there.
I LOVE THIS LOOK SO MUCH! She did a ton of research and excitedly showed me things she was thinking of for the outfit and did a bit of back and forth with me to get a feel for what I liked.
Gosh look at all the details, the layers, the colors! This has so many elements that I adore in fashion, and look at all the LAYERS too this must be so cozy :D Look at all the doodads she has on! There's an eyeball ring, a kitten plushy, a doll-head earring, colorful bracelets, a floral crown, cross leggings, ribbons! My GOSH! Top it all off with wispy wavy fancy patterned fabrics all over and I ooogh.
Needless to say I was hooked after this one, and spoiler, every commission following this one from Fern has been just as superb! I can't wait to share them all :D
