Hmm. This one seems a bit of an oddity, and not easy to find to boot. I don't think I ever found a DVD at really inflated prices because of it being discontinued before, usually prices stay affordable even then. Of course, I hardly ever watch anime so that may have something to do with it.
Makes me really want it, now :P I assume this is based on a scene of the movie though, which also intrigues me.

I'm browsing through my favourites, found this picture again and saw my old comment. Not sure if you are still around, but just wanted to say that I've bought the DVD ages ago (probably within a year or so of my comment) and have seen the movie many times by now. I still haven't watched that many anime movies (though definitely a lot more then when I made this comment), but this one is my favourite anime still. I love the story, the characters and the pacing. I love how much time it takes, how it isn't about yelling, action, in-your-face. There are some really powerful scenes in the movie with very little to no dialogue. I absolutely adore it.

Poor little pink cat, I really dug the way that he dressed and he was such a sweetheart~ DARN YOU ZANELLI, YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT YOU.
Great job on this though, even if it's unfinished. It still perfectly portrays that scene in the movie and the unfinished look really makes it feel like an animation cell!
