the ones on the neck have cobra-ish funtkions... and yeah in her feral form she has got hughe wings i just made them smal for the anthro form... if you want you can let them off for the pic
her back is red too. and it has some black stripes on it which goes form head(neck) to tail (where the butt-feathers are starting. not seen on this pic)

Wow - what a beauty! Everything about her is lovely - from those interesting ears, the gorgeous eyes, and the pretty feather and fur coloration. I don't suppose we might be seeing more of her in the future???
Gah, I must fight back this urge to give her a hug...but those feathers and fur look so soft...
