Character Short: “Sebastian”

(The scene starts in a distant past at the island of Patch, located west of the kingdom of Vale. It shows the scenery of the trees, the flowers, the animals that live in the island and the wind blowing the grass in a tranquil river. It the changes in view of the sky as the bird fly by before it lowers down to see a group of people gathered in one are in the out open plains surrounded by trees)

(The people that are gathered sitting on the picnic blanket are the famous Heroes of Remnant, that joined the king of Vale in order to stop and end the conflict that is affecting the regions of Remnant: Frost Damiano, Satoshi Genji, O’Malley “Cotton-Eye Joe” Edzard, Lucas Nineheart and his wife. The reason they are gathered once more is because Lucas invited them for a special occasion and their enjoying a picnic together. Lucas began to make his statement)

Lucas: Thank you. Thank you all for coming. I’m glad that you all accepted our invitation to be here today.

Frost: (he bows in respect) It’s an honor, Lucas. (straightens) It is a fine occasion for us to see each other once more after the events of the war.

Satoshi: (Acknowledges Frost claims) Indeed. After the war we only saw each other before we went our separate way, but this… this is a very momentous occasion.

O’Malley: I can agree to that! But not only that (looks at Lucas’s wife) our guest of honor is joining us as well, don’t you agree?

(The scene slowly rises upward to reveal to be Maria Helen Nineheart, Lucas’s wife. She smiles at O’Malley with her appearance having some cloth covering her hair)

Maria: *giggle*Of course, O’Malley. I didn’t want to miss this for anything.

(Lucas smiles at his wife before looking back at his closes friends)

Lucas: Well as you may know today marks our anniversary of our marriage.

O’Malley: (he corrects him) Your marriage? May I remind you that this is also our anniversary too you know.

Satoshi: (confused) Are you referring the anniversary of the end of the war?

O’Malley: (stating the obvious) Well duh! We are heroes. We are famous among the people of remnant.

Frost: (corrects him) May I remind you that we weren’t the only ones that took part in the king’s assistance.

Satoshi: Truly. It’s a shame that Mr. Mishima and Avdol couldn’t attend today. They are busy with some stuff at their end.

Lucas: (reassures him) I know, Satoshi. They informed me ahead of time so I excused them so they can handle their affairs. (drink his coffee) But at least all of you came today.

Maria: That is all that we can ask for, to be together once more… as friends.

(Satoshi nods in agreement, O’Malley smiles and Frost smirks with happiness)

Lucas: Right. Now lets us enjoy the feats that Maria prepared for us.

(Everyone place their hands together and they thank for the meal before digging in. A few moments later, they were eating deserts that Maria made herself. As Satoshi was the first to finish he said)

Satoshi: Your desert is top notch, my lady. You truly outdid yourself.

Maria: (she blushes) Aww thank you. I did put a lot of effort into this dish.

Satoshi: Yep. If Akari was here she would ask for a copy of this recipe.

Maria: I can relate to that. Speaking of which, how Akari doing?

Satoshi: She’s doing fine. She’s helping the chieftain of Menagerie in my stead. I had to send my son to stay with my parents for the summer.

Maria: That’s nice. (looks to Frost) And how’s Tazanna? Does she fear well?

Frost: (puts the plate down) She’s doing fine. She’s taking care of our child back at Atlas.

Maria: Has she finished her tour?

Frost: For now. Since she is taking care of our son for the past few weeks; she will resume her tour in a few days’ time: Helping the innocent, taking care of the pour, attending the sick… that kind of thing. I’m very fortunate that I met here.

O’Malley: Well since we’re on topic (places his plate down before placing his hand behind his head) I’m simply a lone wolf; with now woman’s to my name.

Maria: Well if you want to we can find a cute girl that is to your liking.

(She winks at him causing his eyes go wide like a cartoon, before shaking his head and his face turning red)

O’Malley: I-I-I don’t know what you’re talking about.

(She giggles before she burst out laughing)

O’Malley: (tries to be serious to Maria) Hey! I mean it!

(With her laughter Satoshi and Frost join in the laugh as Lucas is happy seeing his friends and his wife enjoying their time together. As O’Malley comically tries to be serious in front of the group Lucas sips on his coffee as he enjoys the wholesome moment. As Maria starts to place her plate down with the leftover desert she stops laughing as her hand began to tremble. Before long her strength failed her as she drop her plate, falling down to the picnic blanket and spilling her desert on it)

(This got the attention on the four men as they stop laughing. They see her holding her arm as she is holding herself together. O’Malley seeing this, he remembers what this means)

O’Malley: Oh yeah… I… (has he proceeds to sit back down) I kind of forgot about it.

Frost: Agreed. We all forgot about one important thing that we all share.

Satoshi: Is like we were living in the moment, like how we enjoy ourselves back then after the war. But that’s all behind us… as we have to live with the issue in front of us.

(The thing that they are referring is that Maria Helen is infected with an unknown virus that is killing her slowly as time goes by. This is the reason why her hair is covered by a piece of cloth it’s because she lost all of her hair due to the virus that’s killing her. Lucas talks to his wife)

Lucas: (places his hand on her shoulder) Hey, are you ok?

Maria: (reassures him) Don’t you worry honey, I’m… I’m fine.

O’Malley: Well to be honest with you—

Maria: (snaps back at him) I said I’m fine! (O’Malley is spooked by this and Maria realizes her mistake) Oh! O’Malley I’m sorry! I’m so sorry!

O’Malley: It’s ok, Maria. I understand your struggle.

Frost: All of us can understand your struggle. It pains me seeing you suffer like this.

Satoshi: We all do. You husband even tried to find a cure for your illness, but even then you refused. Why?

(Maria tries to put it into words but she can’t say why as she expresses without saying anything)

Lucas: *sighs* This is the reason I wanted to make this event and avoid all of this. (Frost, Satoshi and O’Malley feel his struggle) The day she returns from one of her missions I was devastated in hearing that she was infected with that virus. I dedicated myself in finding a cure for my wife’s condition, even creating a chamber that might have a chance in curing here. (looks back at his wife) But at the end of the day… (looks back at his friends) I will respect my wife’s decisions.

Frost: *sighs* IF that would be the case… then I will respect your choice as well.

Satoshi: Same here. But it would be devastating for us when the time comes. We will support you till the very end of your days.

Maria: *sniff* (wipes her tears) Thank you, all of you.

(Everyone smiles, except for O’Malley who is more down from everyone else as he and Maria shared a history together; back then during the war. Before she could talk to him he changes the subject as he looks at his watch and sees that it’s getting late)

O’Malley: Well you look at the time.

Lucas: (he looks at his watch) Huh. It’s getting very late. (looks back at Maria) We should wrap things up before the sun goes down.

(His wife nods and everyone began to gather everything up. They clean, organize and put away everything in Maria’s basket. But before they can head out, Frost is the first to notice something missing)

Frost: Huh, that’s odd.

Satoshi: What do you mean?

Frost: (he looks at the group) Where are the kids?

O’Malley: You mean Raiden and Sebastian? Oh they went to play in the plains close by.

Satoshi: Umm… isn’t it dangerous from them to go far from the safety of their parents? Who knows what Grimm resides in Patch.

O’Malley: Taiyang told me that there’s no Grimm in Patch. Because if their where Grimm he would have informed be before we even came to this event.

Lucas: (offscreen) True. (O’Malley looks at Lucas) However, they don’t know what a Grimm even is. We shelter them from such topics like that. We only told them through stories but never direct in person. *sighs* I want what’s best for my son, we all do. They’re not ready to face such a threat until their older and ready to take on the world.

Satoshi: But remember, Lucas. One way or the other… eventually they have to learn to defend for themselves, if they want to survive the reality that we live in.

Lucas: It’s true but—

Frost: (he steps forward) Lucas. One day… you need to be ready to let go… of the things you fear to lose. One day your son will do great thing, but he won’t do anything of that if he remains in chains. When that day comes… it would be time for you little bird to spread his wings and learn how to fly, understand?

Lucas: (he looks with a worried look, before coming to terms with the truth) I understand, thank you. (Frost nods. Lucas looks at O’Malley) But for now, we need to find the kid. We don’t know what’s out there.

O’Malley: Oh come on, Lucas. What’s the worst thing that could happen?

(With that said, the scene cuts to Raiden and Sebastian playing in the plains far away from the adults. Raiden is playing with his toy sword while Sebastian is punching with his mittens)

Kid Raiden: Umm Sebastian?

Kid Sebastian: (turns to face him) Yes?

Kid Raiden: Umm… do you think it’s getting late? Should we head back?

(Sebastian looks into the sky and sees that the sun is setting, but he ignores his best friend’s claim)

Kid Sebastian: Nah don’t worry about it. We can stay for a few more hours. (he does a jump kick)

Kid Raiden: Yeah, but still… father told me that I shouldn’t be up at late ours. We should head back.

Kid Sebastian: *sighs* (he walks towards Raiden, stops in front of him and places his hands on his shoulders) Raiden, listen. One day… you will have to make up your own decision if you want to progress with your life. You can’t always remain in your parent’s bird nest for every. You need to spread your wings and take flight. Who know… maybe you will find your calling and maybe someone will guide you to that path.

Kid Raiden: (After hearing this, he still committed to his father’s wishes) I’m going back.

Kid Sebastian: (lowers his head) *sigh* You’re just like your parents. (looks back at him) Fine, let’s go back.

(With that said they begin heading back from when they came. As they do so they began to chat along the way)

Kid Sebastian: Soo… what you’re going to do when you grow up?

Kid Raiden: Oh come on, Sebastian! You asked me that multiple time and still my answer is I don’t know.

Kid Sebastian: Oh come on! You’re still at it? You have to think of something that you want to do with your life. Maybe you might become a swordsman like your father, or stealth ninja like your mother.

Kid Raiden: Ha ha ha, very funny.

(However they stop as they heard something behind them. They slowly look back to see that something is coming out of the forest. Sebastian sees a silhouette in the forest and began to suspect something)

Kid Raiden: Umm Sebastian, what is that?

Kid Sebastian: (After some suspicions he thinks that it’s his uncle playing tricks on them again) Nah, it’s my uncle again. He might be disguising as one of the monsters from the stories. (he tries to scare Raiden, but fails)

Kid Raiden: I don’t think something of that size could be your uncle.

Kid Sebastian: Oh come on! My uncle does this multiple time. I would imagine that he would—

(But before he continues a ferocious growl was hear in the direction of the silhouette)

Kid Raiden: Umm… Does your uncle growl like that, or is he pretending?

(With a worried look in their faces they stare at the figure. Soon the figure came out of the shadows of the forest and revealed itself as an Armor Ursa, a creature of Grimm. As he roars in power, Raiden and Sebastian look on in fear; causing them to scream. Their scream can be hear from where the adult are and Maria is the first to identify both the scream of the kid and the roar of the Grimm)

Maria: (she drops her basket) Oh no!

Satoshi: (hearing the roar of a Grimm with his Faunus hearing) A Grimm? (turns to the group) Was that a Grimm that I just heard?

O’Malley: A Grimm, here? I already told you that—(this time he heard it again) Oh damn!

Frost: The kids are in danger!

Lucas: Couldn’t agree more. Satoshi, look after Maria for me! Frost, O’Malley, with me!

(With that Lucas, Frost and O’Malley sprint towards the location where the kids are located. Back with Raiden and Sebastian, they began to walk backwards as the Armor Ursa began his approach towards them)

Kid Raiden: What even is that thing?

Kid Sebastian: I don’t know. I never saw anything like it before.

Kid Raiden: Could this be one of the monsters that our parents told us in their stories?

Kid Sebastian: How should I know! (the Grimm roar back at them) Well the one thing that I know base on what they told us… is that these monsters can sense our fear.

Kid Raiden: Meaning?

Kid Sebastian: Meaning… that we’re going to die.

(The Grimm roars once again. Back to Lucas, O’Malley and Frost, they continue to run towards the kid as the zoom past the trees as the progress towards their objective)

Lucas: I don’t want anything to happen to my son!

O’Malley: Relax, Lucas! We’re not going to fail them. Will make it in time!

Frost: Agreed. The safety of the next generation must come first. (he uses his semblance to summon a replica of his sword)

O’Malley: (he notice and ask) Wha—I though you didn’t brought your sword?

Frost: (looks back at O’Malley) I didn’t.

O’Malley: (he thinks for a moment until he realizes that he just used his semblance) Oh yeah… forgot about it; our semblance.

(Frost proceeds to look at Lucas. He calls him out as he uses his glyph to summon a replica of his katana)

Lucas: (he catches the replica weapon)Thank!

Frost: Don’t mention it! We will make it, Lucas. I can promise you that.

(Back at Raiden and Sebastian, the Grimm is closing in on the boys as the reach a dead end and nowhere to go)

Kid Raiden: Take this! (he throws his wooden sword at the monster, but does not effect and it made the situation worse) (The Grimm grows in anger) I think I made it worse.

Kid Sebastian: Yeah, you think!

(The Armor Ursa slowly stands in two legs as he prepares to attack. Sebastian steps forward to defend his best friend)

Kid Sebastian: Don’t you worry, Raiden. (as he trembles in fear) I’ll protect you.

(With a battle cry he charges towards a futile effort to punch the monster away, but the Grimm back paws him, knocking him away)

Kid Raiden: (sees his best friend knocked away) Leave him alone!

(He charges forward to try to hurt the monster, but the Grimm knocks him away and knocking him out. Sebastian recovers and sees the exchange of events. Frustrated, he charges in once more and manages to land a hit on the monsters face, but it did nothing to bring it down. The Grimm proceeds to beat Sebastian down and knocking him away)

(It cuts to the adult nearly arriving to the area with a worried look in their faces. It cuts again to the Grimm as he approaches the unconscious Raiden. It grabs him and proceeds to finish him off, but before it can do that the Grimm felt a powerful presents in the area. It looks back to see Sebastian slowly rising to his feet. As the Armor Ursa looks on, Sebastian manage to straighten up, but still hunchback as he can barely lift his upper body up)

(In that moment, an orange aura began to glow around him. Afterwards, silhouettes that resemble arms began to manifest behind him as they expose themselves to the Grimm. As the four arms appeared before him, the Grimm turns while holding the unconscious Raiden. Afterwards, Sebastian snaps back to the Grimm as he quickly looks at the Grimm in anger, showing his left eye turned red. He began to build power to his left arms as he begins to charge)

(As the silhouetted arms disappeared, Sebastian finished charging and he quickly dashes towards the monster. He went so fast that the Armor Ursa couldn’t react in time as his left fist connected to the monsters face. The scene goes in slow motion as the Grimm let go of Raiden as he falls to the ground. Sebastian still connecting his fist onto the monsters face puts all of his effort and strength to eventually disintegrating the Armor Ursa completely; send a powerful shockwave across the island of Patch)

(As the adult are closing in they see the shockwave approaching toward them. They reacted in time for them to cover behind the trees so they don’t get hit by the impact. After it passes, they came out of cover)

O’Malley: What was that just now?

Frost: I appear to be a powerful pulse, created by a powerful force by something or someone so powerful. But who could have done that?

Lucas: We can myth bust this late! We need to get to the kid!

(They agree to this and continue their approach. They arrive towards the clearing to see Raiden and Sebastian unconscious on the floor)

Lucas: (shocked to see Raiden) No. (he rushes towards his son as he drops the replica katana; it disappears when it hit the ground) (he kneels on his knees and checks on hi son. He process to place his fingers to check for a pulse and he feels relieved that his son is ok) *Phew* thank the gods.

O’Malley: (check on is nephew) Come on, come on, Sebastian! Come on, kid! Don’t leave me like this! (in that moment, Sebastian began to gasp for air as he passes out once more) *sigh* You know that your mother would kill me for this.

Frost: Are the kids, ok?

O’Malley: Yep, my kid is ok.

Lucas: Same here.

Frost: *Exhales* Thank the gods their safe.

Maria: (offscreen) Guys?

(The three men look from where they came to see Maria and Satoshi looking up ahead to her left. When the three men look towards the direction of where she is looking they see a devastating forest; like something of extreme force blow back all the trees and tipping them to the ground. The look in shock and confusion to who could do something like that)

O’Malley: By the gods. What happen here?

Frost: I… don’t… know. I never saw something like this. Whoever did this (Satoshi looks at Sebastian) it has to be someone so powerful.

(As Satoshi looks on at Sebastian he notices the black veins retracting back to the sides of his eyelids. He is surprised and shock to see that Sebastian could have unlock his Awakening, but still can’t believe and suspect that he could have done something like this. The scene cuts at night time in the Edzard Family Farm where O’Malley is tucking Sebastian in for his bedtime)

Kid Sebastian: Uncle O’Malley, was it true of what happened?

O’Malley: (covers Sebastian with his blanket) Yep. If we didn’t make it in time… you two might be eaten by the spooky monster. Your mother would have killed me if something would ever happen to you.

Kid Sebastian: True, but still… that monster was very scary.

O’Malley: (he shakes his nephew’s hair) But don’t worry about it, kid. The big bad monster is gone and you and Raiden are safe and sound. Right now you need to get some sleep. Tomorrow is a new day for you.

(With that O’Malley walks off and heads to the door. As he is in mid exiting he hears Sebastian talking as he stops)

Kid Sebastian: (offscreen) I wish I was strong. (he was shock to hear something like that as he look back to his nephew as he is turned over to his right) I wish I was strong enough to save my best friend. *sniff* *sniff*

(O’Malley starts to feel bad for Sebastian as he doesn’t know the whole truth about what happen. As he looks down in sadness he began to recall a conversation with Satoshi about the state of his nephew. The scene plays as follows)

O’Malley: My nephew did what?!

(The scene takes place at nighttime in Ozpins office in Beacon Academy. Satoshi is lean back to the glass window as he explains the situation)

Satoshi: You heard me. Your nephew was responsible for what just happen a few hours ago.

O’Malley: But my nephew couldn’t do something like that? He’s still just a kid.

Satoshi: True. But while you and everyone else where busy looking at the fallen trees, I look at your nephew. For a brief moment I saw his aura glow with my eye site. Although I’m still blind after what happen to me after the war, my semblance grants me the ability to see a makeup of an aura field. With it I can see like a normal living person, but seeing outlines with many different colors.

O’Malley: (crosses his arms) Your point?

Satoshi: (leans foward) My point is… I saw what looks to be the orange outline of your nephew’s aura. This means that he may have also unlocked his semblance; which I could guess that it has to relate to his strength somehow. (as he puts his fingers in a thinking position) (he then looks back at O’Malley with his blind eyes) But there is something else I see in him. (O’Malley lifts an eyebrow) Not only I have seen his aura, but I’ve seen something in him that immediately I could recognize. I thought my clan and my son only has this ability, but with evidence stacking in theirs no denying the truth…

(O’Malley looks on unchanged as Satoshi tells what other thing his nephew has obtained)

Satoshi: O’Malley, I think your nephew might have unlocked “his” Awakening.

O’Malley: (surprised in a cartoony way) Wai-what! (reverts to normal) Isn’t that your thing? Why does my nephew has it?

Satoshi: I don’t know. A power like that can only be obtained by my family bloodline. However, I haven’t seen anyone else obtaining such ability like that to others before.

O’Malley: What are you saying? Are we related?

Satoshi: No, of course not. What I’m saying is that there are things that I still don’t know about involving the Awakenings. The Awakenings grants the user super human abilities that none normal beings can’t handle. Their hosts merges with his or her aura and boost his or her semblance to the peak of its limits, however it leaves the host vulnerable since they don’t have anything to protect themselves, not even their auras. The moment that your nephew attacked the Grimm may be the result of him boosting his aura to deliver a blow that no force can withstand; devastating them on the spot. And since this was his first time obtaining this ability, it dropped him unconscious due to the fact that he is still a child at this point.

O’Malley: So what your saying is (he approaches Satoshi) my nephew, my very nephew has used some super power that not just obliterated the Grimm, but also send a powerful shockwave all across Patch; even Tai called me that he was blown away from the pulse and all of his windows got shattered. What are you trying to say? That my nephew is a menace—

Satoshi: (he corrects him with an attitude) You know that never say such things to your nephew! I respect you and your family for a long time, but that doesn’t mean you come to tell me with—

Ozpin: (Offscreen) That’s enough!

(Their heated argument comes to a halt as the look back to Ozpin sitting at his chair with Glynda standing by his side. He puts his hands together as he leans in from his desk)

Ozpin: So Satoshi, in conclusion, what are you trying to tell us?

Satoshi: *sigh* (looks at Ozpin) What I’m saying is… when the time comes and he is older, he needs to know how to control his Awakening. I have seen the horrors of an unstable power used by some of the member of my clan. They have lost control and nearly killed everyone in my village, if they haven’t mastered it properly. (O’Malley is surprised and feels bad for him) I’m just (looks at O’Malley) I’m worried that your nephew might lose control over it and becomes something that can’t be controlled.

O’Malley: Satoshi.

(He takes a deep breath before looking back at Ozpin)

Satoshi: In any case, I will dedicate myself in researching further information about the Awakenings. I just hope I can solve the mystery of how it can be controlled and how it can be bestowed by others.

(He bows before Ozpin and Glynda before he turns and walks away. As he passes by O’Malley he says)

Satoshi: O’Malley. I—umm… try not to tell anything about this to your nephew, ok?

(And with that he leaves the office through the elevator. O’Malley looks troubled with this development as Ozpin calls out to him)

Ozpin: (offscreen) O’Malley. (he turns to see Ozpin) I know it’s difficult for someone like you to deal with these situations. But remember, you have a family to lookout for and it’s your duty to make sure that they are safe. I can understand that your nephew has this ability within him and—

O’Malley: It just that. (Ozpin pauses) My nephew, having an ability that powerful that might drove him out of control, or for him to—(he couldn’t muster the words to say it) *sigh* Why do I feel so weak in these type of moment’s? I’m supposed to be O’Malley “The strongest Warrior in all of Remnant” and here I am; struggling with the thought that my nephew would become a danger or a menace.

Ozpin: You shouldn’t think like that—

O’Malley: (he snaps at Ozpin) Then how should I think! This is my nephew where talking about—

Ozpin: (he snaps him back as he stands up from his chair) I know that you’re worried so relax!

(O’Malley snaps out of his dilemma and he calms down. With O’Malley relaxed Ozpin sits back down and puts his hands together)

Ozpin: O’Malley, you’re a great uncle and a great friend to your nephew. He looks up to you as a role model and a hero. So you shouldn’t act like this.

O’Malley: I know but still…

Ozpin: Then you should do what you do best. Eventually your nephew must know what is out there and he has to know how to defend himself.

(With this O’Malley thinks for a long moment about it, knowing that what he says is the truth. If his nephew wants to survive against the Grimm, then he needs to know how to defend himself)

O’Malley: Ozpin… If one day my nephew would come to this school, if he wants to become something that he likes, (he looks back at Ozpin) can you watch over him for me? Make sure he goes the right path?

(Without a word Ozpin smiles at him, knowing that he will fulfil his promise. The scene cuts back to O’Malley still at the doorstep of his nephew’s bedroom. With that he turns around and talks to Sebastian as he sits next to him)

O’Malley: You know there’s something that the other adults didn’t tell you.

Kid Sebastian: (turns to face his uncle) *sniff* What is it?

O’Malley: (he plays along to cheer him up) Well… the adult told you that I took down the monster, but in reality (his nephew looks on in suspense) you took down the monster.

Kid Sebastian: (he springs our of his bed and sits down in excitement) Really?!

O’Malley: Oh yeah. You were like “don’t you dare hurt my best friend” and you like punch the monster so hard that he flew far far away. Even I couldn’t do something like that.

Kid Sebastian: (surprised) Really? I really did that? (he looks at his hands) I didn’t know I had it in me.

O’Malley: (he places his hand on his nephews head) (Sebastian looks up at him) Sebastian, one day you’ll surpass me some day.

Kid Sebastian: (speechless) Really?

O’Malley: Yep, and one day you will become stronger than me. You came a long way to even surprise me with such feet’s. (he shakes his nephews head) I’m very proud of you.

(With that Sebastian smiles and proceeds to jump on his bed as he says)

Kid Sebastian: When I grow up I want to be just like you. I want to be strong, brave and handsome like you, uncle!

O’Malley: Well well if that’s what you want to be, then you need some rest first.

Kid Sebastian: Ok. (he jumps down and covers himself with his blanket) Goodnight, uncle.

O’Malley: (he kisses his nephews forehead) Goodnight, my champion.

(With that he leaves his nephew to sleep. He slowly closes the door as Sebastian sleeps on his side. Talking to himself in his mind before he sleeps he said)

Kid Sebastian: Don’t you worry uncle, I’ll make you proud.

(As he slowly closes his eye and the scene fades to black, the scene back to the present day as Sebastian is riding one the road in his uncle’s motorcycle with Yang riding her sports bike. As they ride along the road, Sebastian looks at his cybernetic arm and remembers the promise he did to his uncle)

Later, the scene transitions to some Mistral airships flying over the sky as they make their way to the city of Mantle. Inside one of them, Ruby and the rest of the crew are chilling out as they wait for them to arrive at the kingdom. At the back of the ship, Raiden look out the window as he sees some birds fly by. Afterwards, Falco approaches him to give him the update of their approach)

Falco: Were arriving at the borders of the kingdom soon, it won’t be long now.

(With that he walks back to his seat. As Raiden looks back at the window, as the scene look at Raiden form outside, he says)

Raiden: It won’t be long now. (as the airship flies away the scene shows the overview of the Kingdom of Mistral from a distance) (offscreen) I’ll be seeing you soon, Fukushima.

(And with that the scene slowly fades to black)
