Sorry about little bit of error I had. I got computer crash problem and ended up posting wrong picture. So this is a Rami. Just letting you guys know that mistake came be happen to anyone. that's all.
Lulu Re Rami is pixie that likes to do mirror tricks and prank on someone. She wears blue and purple jester hat as it looks like twin nightcap. Shirt with that has blue and purple chess pattern and short white sleeves. Her skirt are base on whirl twister. Blue socks with lighter than other and darker than other. Purple shoes. Purple bracelet on right. Blue bracelet on left. And equip with violet wand. She's left handed.
Rami is very naughty as she was prankster and trickster. She acts like immature teenage girl. She like to criticize people and laughed at people who got humiliated. What Rami likes is unexpected event that triggered her interest. Like sudden chaos comes or panic all round the area. She’s into high rated movies as she like to watch them. She sometimes do violence when she got pissed off. She can makes more mirror as well as Lulu. She and Lulu are connected as they are same person in one body as always.
Strength:
Rami fighting style are Mirror as her dream theme are mirror, but She uses laser instead of barrier. She has ability make duplicate herself and she also summon her counterpart Lulu as well. She can also Warp mirror to mirror. Pull off some of item in her dream world. And looks through mirror to bit of future and information. Her mirror power is almost infinity.
Weakness:
Same weakness as Lulu. Her laser doesn't penetrate and she doesn't use barrier. She uses her energy to makes laser.

-Rami's dream counterpart is Mira Re Lulu.
-Rami is based off from the Chiruno and Clown Pieces from Touhou Project.
-Rami also based from Mirror Kirby from Kirby series.
-the name are based on Japanese term "Mira reru" which is "I'm seen", but in Rami case, her name is reads in backwards.
-Compare with Lulu. they are almost mirror opposite to each others
--Their clothing and equipment has opposition colors of each others
--Skin colors are different. Lulu is Lighter while Rami is Darker
--race are different as Lulu is fairy while Rami is Pixie
--Lulu is focus with defense while Rami focus with offence

In anime terms, Rami seems to me like what the trope calls a Tsundere, a person who is a bit standoffish, gets quickly annoyed and often speaks their mind. Some people might find their behavior a bit rude and antagonistic but giving them the time they show that they are actually nice, not that they would likely accept praise with a thank you but rather instead try to hide their blushing to give off a tough impression.
I guess you made the description of her a Pixie because people associate the slightly more naughty nature to them.
Shiny usually gets along with all folks, even if they might call him names and play tricks on him. He just may think they could potentially have a grumpy day of sorts. He'd likely find Rami's laser powers quite bombastically impressive though he'd also be rather nervous about her potentially being destructive and become panicky when she might try to scare him with that. Given Shiny's nature and a bit of ablivious gullible nature, Rami to him would likely at first appear like Lulu's sister or cousin of sorts. After all, they look so much alike. I have a feeling, Rami would be a bit mad to get compared to her more sunshine-and-rainbows counterpart Lulu. <X3
Design-wise I like the little bit of red in Rami's appearance. It makes her look more the fierce and wildcard-like. As said, Shiny would likely try to understand that she is more of a rowdy personality and simply dreams of more action and adventure, to test herself and become strong. The jolly Dile would still enjoy learning on what can help her charging up and relax some and not overdoing it with the confrontations against people, as well as cheering her on when she looks like she could need some support. Who knows? Perhaps at some point she might enjoy the thought of having underlings of sorts.

1) In Japanese pop culture, Tsundere girls can be very favorable to most people, especially mens. Reason I choose Pixie as her race is that Her personality is very opposite to fairy like. Sure she can be Tsundere as she still part of Lulu.
2) Rami may be very be teaser to many people and naughty. Whenever she cause troubles, Lulu take place of Rami for the apologies. I mean, they are same person and Lulu also have to take responsible for Rami’s action. If Rami did bad thing to Shiny, Lulu will apologize to Shiny.
