ok thisis revamped version if can find the original i made of it illpost it had charactor that had the base stuff on sheet lvl 20 so coudl figureout what its hp dice and all that but nothign on spell abilities or gem abilities but rememberd it used lens [insperation was me trying to figure out a way to bring lasers into dnd without useing Tech so thought mirrior and light with a magical lenses made from gems that woudl focus energy.] then added in ability to use light ray [litterly a beam light likea high powerd led flashlight fromfinger tips.] knows at one point in older sheet at lvl 20 one could use 10 fingers at onec but thought maybe tone that. [Yet they can also consume the gem like a ruby [ that is high quality and has a high spell level potential indicated in the detec spell quality appraise check. it can take form of shatter gem energy in gem in hands of caster then goes out like a magic missle [fireball effect in rubys case. and kamakama ha or goko move in the force elemen case] they are known to be bane fo nay of the party that find gems as they are compolsive on keeping them and keeping the really expensive ones and leaveing party o sell the junk ones.

hopefully finds the original as i think i had the gems rely on value instead of the DCs liek this. [has another jewel like oneb ut it uses them more for embueing and enchanting like socketed weapons with gems in them called jewel weaver]
