This adoptable I got from  opiri about a few months ago.
Got lucky getting him, though don't worry, I have a NSFW version of
him I'll be uploading.

This isn't a proper reference sheet, but it's still a damn good design
either way. Don't have a name for him yet, but I'll make sure to find
a name for him when I can.

Side note, he does have a bit of a flamboyant attitude.
