"Why hello Mr Balloon Cat, may I have a little kitten to fly away with?"

Really I have no clue what led me into this comic, I just went with the basic idea that my teacher, Gary Panter, told me, just draw right from my mind.
So I told in a breath and drew this. It ended up being a homework for one of my classes as a "dream" comic. Well, I did have odd dreams in the past and well, I dont know, it passed as a dream comic and the teacher loved it haha.
I think Mr Balloon Cat is going to come back in a drawing or two in some point
