
Here’s a nice pasta dish I whipped up tonight with what I had at my disposable use in my pantry and fridge, this was as fun to make as it was to eat and best of all you can make it your own any way you like!
Here’s how I made mine:
1-diced 4 mini bell peppers+2 green onions & 1/2 link of summer sausage, plus grated 1/2 block of Guyver, Swiss, white cheddar+1/4 ball of mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan
2-boiled water in a big pot until boiling and added choice pasta (I used penne) and boiled for 12 minutes on high, then drained pasta and returned to pot with heat off
3-while pasta boils in separate saucepan add 1-2 cans tomato sauce and stir on high-medium heat, then added meats and veggies+choice herbs & spices and stirred to combine on simmer
4-set pasta pot to medium-low heat, add 1-2tbsp olive oil and add meat sauce, then add cheese and stir until cheese is completely melted and gooey
5-serve with garnish of choice (I chose crispy shallots and chilli flakes) and enjoy!
