Honestly it's always so touching to see an artist has taken such a liking to a character of yours. Seeing her draw Penelope unprompted like this is just so flattering ;_; Simply buying art from her is rewarding enough, but to see how enthusiastic she gets is really special ♥
I adore this theme though! Alice's dress has always been super cute in my eyes, and it fits Penelope perfectly! I've always thought she looks great in light blue (though honestly I don't think there's any color she looks bad in...)
