A mix of Ciderace and Victini, Ulyssia (or Lisa/Lissy) is one of many 'Legendary Hybrids' that live on a secluded isle. Bubbly and full of boundless energy, Ulyssia often walks with a spring in her step and talks animatedly. She always feels great joy in interacting with others - most especially when it comes to new faces, never letting an individual feel unincluded. She often acts as a sort of cheerleader for others, shouting out praises and chanting encouragement to others in order to invigorate others - in more ways than one. Despite what others may think however, she possesses very tough skin and won't let insults and negativity get her down. Also due to her seemingly unlimited excitement, she also enjoys 'getting her hands dirty' as well when it comes to various activities and loves participating in events and games with her Sisters.

Surprisingly, Ulyssia won't hesitate to jump into combat if it comes to blows - especially if her Sisters are threatened. Physically she is very strong, her kicks being more than capable enough to down most ordinary foes. Additionally she can produce fierce flames from various parts of her body - such as from her feet, knees, and the V-shaped crest on her forehead. These burn with such intensity that it can turn most materials and substances to ash in an instant, however the flames themselves don't last for very long when not sustained and thus burn out instantly. Ulyssia often uses these flames for close-ranged attacks - enhancing her kicks with the V-shaped fire to strike more fiercely, or she slams into foes with a devastating headbutt for even greater results. Additionally she wields Victini's power to enhance her allies with increased vigor and stamina, granting a second (or first) wind to further increase the chances of victory.

Note: Ulyssia often uses her 'stamina-buffing' power towards her Sisters when participating in various contests and games, since in her eyes the extra strength helps make everything far more fun. She never uses this power to create unfair advantages, since victory obtained by cheating is no victory at all - or at least from what she has said.
