Living Cloning Unit: Lugia [commission]
The Pokemon Clone Revolution has begun!
Mewtwo has brilliantly engineered a fully mobile cloning unit integrated with a living pokemon. This unit takes the shape of Lugia, employing efficient use of his large scale size compared to most common pokemon species. The Lugia unit is able to make use of sticky polymer slime coating from his wings and tail to capture and ingest target prey. The target is then gradually transformed into any number of pre-programmed super clone species. The transformation can happen as rapidly as an hour or can be drawn out over several days, depending on how mobile the cloning unit needs to be. Lugia unit has a pronounced perk with specialized storage pods attached to his back and tail: able to store up to 12 subjects at time!
Once transformation is complete, subjects are deployed through the gooey membrane belly; born ready to serve the orders of master Mewtwo~

I hope they wind up as adoptables because I'm loving these designs. If you asked me yesterday if I'd I want a half cloning machine, half-Lugia with vaguely Zygard-esque colors, I'd have said no. But now that I've seen this one, I really want one, I wonder what else you could come up with.
Subjects can be stored up to 30 days before the tranquilizer aspects start to wear off and they wake up. Even though Lugia could still hold them in a pod physically, the awakened subject would suffer starvation before too long. The induced hibernation is to drastically reduce calorie consumption. Lugia knows this and will birth his brood with enough time to give them a fighting chance to survive :3
