this is kandar. a kaceri charr and cerate's best friend

Story: not even is kandar one of the few albino kaceri, hes the biggest one yet. At a young age, hi pack was killed by hunters from another planet from laceri skin being priced for other alien races even though hunting them is illegal. He got very hurt in the fighting but managed to flee. Btu he collapsed in the huge ocean and was found shortly after. A few kaceri are when found dying, brought to a clinicish place where they are fused slightly with syntetic lacerti DNA as well as having their body recovered. Kandar for one, for some reason was so much bigger than other kaceri, but also, his skin and muscles were for some reason stronger than usual making suspicion of him being a member of a secret branch in the kaceri species or mutated. But they helped him overall and as the operation was finished, he was as smart as a lacerti. He grew up with cerate and they’ve been friends all life.

Special traits: his intelligence is on the level of a lacerti, his skin is also around the level of lacerti but also has the kaceri’s natural resistance towards energy weapons. Not so much as tesla armor but it’s still a big one, stronger muscles than whats usual, can make his own eyes glow and put a stare at creatures so beastly, it will make them flee or freeze in fright.
