what kind of sauce do you get on a Diet of Worms?

Going by the ad appearing above my viewing of this post right now... pizza sauce? 😄

I guess it's somewhat unfortunate that the typical English name of the event on this mural sounds less like a historical moment in Protestant church history, and more like a schoolyard prank or a weird food choice...

But it makes it so much more memorable. Really, who's going to forget "Diet of Worms" once they learn about it? ^^

Thats why I don´t even acknoledge jokes about that.
First of all, jokes about another langlauge are always rather ignorant and boil down to "Oooh, they speak a different langlauge, look at those silly foreigners, their words sound funny to me! I´m a dumbass that has never left his country!".
Also this WAS a very important event, not only in german, but in world history, so a little more reverence in the face of history is due, me thinks.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's English phrases that sound hilarious in German or French as well.
