SwiftStrike: A ninja that is a bodyguard of The ShockBiters, lost his voice before joining to NDC, but hired as a trustyworth guardian for famous singers, the reasons of him being mute was because of a battle but survived at the end, a ninja able to use shurikens, a sword and other weaponry, was banned from his hometown and managed to end in a different world to stay in NDC, his speed surpasses any Neon Dragon Citizen's speed, he can also turn off his neon colors to hide in the shadows, people gets easily scared when he forgets turn on hi lights, he also can dislocate his arms and legs at will to fit in tight places...ouch, he is a scary man

Akoltik: An axolotl that was rised up by a family of deep sea creatures, he learned the secrets of scaring people thanks to the deep sea, copying the perks of it, he loves to make someone's soul leave their body by his presence, he let his own teeth grow and sharpen them like needles to bite his opponents, he always break his own bones at will to chase his prey or intimidate them with an uncomfortable position that looks unnatural to many eyes, but his biggest perk is to regenerate at ease with a extreme speed, a perfect slasher for a movie, he is a stuntman and an actor, but....he is too horrifying to work with him

Lawrence Von Schrecken: A massive octopus, known and being famous to be a proud owner of 3/3 star restaurant in NDC, delicious food that the first bite is enough to be in ecstasy, what could this big strong and yet possible intimidating octopus has? What secrets he has to be a great boss and yet a great chef?....being a bad actor actually, this big cephalopod is rather nervous, shy and easy to give anxiety, don't scare him too hard or you will see him faint, for being an important man in the cuisine of NDC and be an administrator of his place, he is like every person in the world, having difficulties too in certain things, can get stressed with important things and such, but at the end, he still stands up to continue his work, please, bring him something to calm him down
