Wow, haven't done anything with Kami in a LOONG time.
Kami is a chameleon, Kami Chameleon, yep, super creative. :P
Kami is a skilled assassin and uses her natural ability to 'disappear' to her advantage, being cold blooded also helps this as she doesn't show up as easily on heat sensors.
Kami has a bit of a love-hate relationship with my first character Kat, the two began as terrible enemies and now actually work together occasionally, even going so far as to call each other "sisters"
Don't expect to see her much, just updating a photo for RP referrences. :)

I was referring to any chameleon assassin in general really, but, yes, a chameleon who also has cybernetic implants has an even bigger advantage with that extra strength. The electric parts and motors probably also help keep her warm when it's cold outside which means she doesn't go into hibernation.
That's how Kat beat Kami when they fought. Kat tricked Kami into following her into an industrial freezer, and basically just wore her down until her system couldn't handle the cold any more. Not that Kami won any of their other confrontations, but that's how Kat finally beat her completely.

That's why Kami was created, to be a counter-point to Kat.
This takes place in a different continuity, a super-hero themed comic which I started, and planned several issues for but never completed. Basically you know how Kat has her ability to change her appearance by shedding her skin, in this continuity, that was achieved with the help of kami's brother, who disappeared.
After he disappeared, Kami did a lot of digging, which was not easy considering as far as any normal citizen is concerned, Kat doesn't exist. Somehow she discovers the link though, and finds out that the assassin Kat Grey is somehow linked to her brother, naturally Kami assumes Kat killed him. So she actually tries to kill Kat. However Kat has been trained all her life to do what she does, so despite all Kami's best efforts, she just can't beat Kat. Kat comes close to killing Kami several times though, but finally her friends, Aryanna, and others step in and stop her so they can find out what's really going on.
After discovering that Kami's brother actually helped work on the program which created Kat, and was not in fact killed by her, the two actually begin to work together occasionally, though Kat doesn't exactly like it and treats Kami like an annoying younger sister.
