Managed to snag another commission from
PlanktonHeretic recently and went back to the superhero theme here, with Jenora as Jadestar, basically doing "Do you know what the melting point of steel is? Well, it's less than what I can generate, anyway. If that was a family heirloom why were you pointing it at me, anyway?"
Jadestar does tend to be in the 'high-power and has fun with it even if she is nice in general' category of supers.
Artist's posting at /view/48664802/ so go check things out there, too!

Thanks! As I mentioned on first picture I got of her in that outfit, the original design was based on one of Laurel Gand/Andromeda's outfits in the Legion of Superheroes way back. I liked the starfield design (appropriate for a living star) as well as the free-flowing look to it. Though it's interesting that I came closer to replicating the design in Champions Online than in DC Universe Online, despite it being a DC character as the original costume model.
I suspect old (or really any) wolves would combust before they would melt. Not that that's any better from the wolf's perspective, of course. And burning fur is a nasty smell.
Besides, unless you seriously hurt her friends, she's unlikely to do that. And the Artificer never struck me as the sort to hurt people just for the sake of hurting people. She seems to be more the sort where a perfect job would be one where she never even gets seen by anybody else.
