Chester and Marigold's first time meeting! This takes place a little after Marigold built her tower.

I'm just gonna put what I wrote from the sketch ;3

It's unknown where Chester actually came from. After the tower was built Marigold and her workers started to notice slime trails and missing food. Then eventually she seen something slinking around and stealing her snacks while in her room. Then she finally caught it! Ugly little thing ain't he lol.

Just to explain wtf Chester is, he's a creature called a tentacle mass. In the wild they're extremely aggressive and one of the most feared beasts for dungeon crawlers since they like dark damp spaces. But Marigold noticed how not only was he green, meaning he was once a pet once(feral tentacle masses aren't colorful) but Chester is also missing an eye. Not only are tentacle masses popular with pervy aristocrats but because of their high healing factor they're used in experiments. Feeling bad Marigold let him go to live in the tower.

Chester eventually got his name cause he kept hiding in chests and scare the daylights scared out of everyone lol. He eventually found his way between the walls of the tower where he just got bigger and bigger. And they lived happily ever after ♥
