SO, yeah, don't watch this if you want to see the short without knowing anything and DEFINITELY don't read any more of the description!

This is Dr.Katenstien, this is towards the end of the short. He is the main character, and he also has a sort of Jekyll and Hyde complex. While he's knee deep in super science he has a crazy hair doo and is drawn super angular. Here you get to see him transform into he regular self and basically this is the moment where his character undergoes a major arc. This isn't even a complete rough as I still have many more frames to add, especially to the later part of it, but it was only about an hours work so far.

So far progress on the short has been going exceptionally well. All but four scenes are currently in production, and 3 of the remaining 4 are still scenes showing places in the cat town. Then if we have time there are 3 really small scenes that could be added including the opening title (which is animated text and I may do it on my own time just for kicks, and to make the short really stand out.) and a little something for right after the credits. I really can't wait to see (and show off) the finished short I think it'll be pretty great.

Technical stuff: Rough animation drawn in photoshop, will be inked and colored in Paint Tool SAI, then re-animated and exported to gif using Photoshop.

It's a little jerky as a gif, I apologize for that, it plays a lot smoother as a movie file. x.x
