Who's this lady that looks like they can crush you with their bare hands? They're related to Angie and yes, they have the blood abilities too. No this isn't her mom. Her weapon of choice is a ginormous blood battle axe.

As for the outfit, considering her species comes from an island full of monsters, they dress with like animal pelts and stuff and many of them as you can see have war paint. Most of her family still dresses like this, the only exceptions are Phinoras that happen to make it out of the island like her parents.
