It's the return of  breakerfa's Super Deeter! (See https://www.furaffinity.net/view/47906882/ building him on a different model.) Looks like the shiny suit the aliens gave him is really working out well! So, yeah, once again I thought I'd just do a quick little doodle, trying to do hands and feet that were a little simpler than usual, and then I kept adding color effects. And tossed in special effects because, why not have him powering up? Anyway at no point in this did I try looking at an actual hip, and I think this lack of reference shows.

He doesn't have a cape here because lazy. It's a different era of comic book character I'm vaguely imitating.
