I've had this character for a year; she's one of my most important sonas. And yet I'm only now drawing her properly.
This is Delilah. She runs a shady clinic in downtown Othercity that actually has a huge lab in the basement where government-banned medical research takes place.
This sounds shadier than what it is; She's actually one of my nicest characters; a sweet if not perpetually exhausted motherly type, though she's perfectly capable of being stern or even cruel if its called for.
