Another one of my alien races, most don't have snake tails like this, their limbs tend to vary from person to person, some have snake legs, normal legs, arms, no arms, or even wings instead of arms.
They're all amphibious in nature and can spend long periods of time under water, they're very distrustful or even downright bigoted and hateful on their home planet, while the ones who've traveled to other worlds are usually more laid back.
Also they succ blood, the blood they drink can get processed into venom which can be injected into foes via their pointy tails.
