i'm trying to figure out why no one in Elgado (MH:R-SB) seems to care Malzeno can Teleport?

i started with "World" so was there Something Else that could do that?

I could be like adrenaline increasing its agility beyond human vision. At this point its a mystery.

Can't remember what the source is but there was a "Character" that moved as if by Teleportation, it turned out (i think) that "IT" wasn't but was emitting something that would disorientate the fighter & they'd miss the movement or something like that.

this could be it, the Qurio could be doing it?

the 2 games i've played had pretty exceptablely Bio-Logical Elder Dragons cept for Nergiganté do to Shed Spike = New Nergiganté.

a long time ago i looked up the "At The Time" listing of all Monster Hunter critters, though i have yet to read every 1 i did hit up the Elder Dragons back then, i'll go through them agin later.
