Custom biome-- Inferno Meadow Cavern
The giant cavern in this meadow is concentrated with fire opals is also flooded with vast lava seas, be careful with the Mantle Worms
--DATABANK--
While the surface thrives with flames and molten materials, the underground is just equally as dangerous.
The Inferno Meadow has a vast cave system underground. Magma floods here in the form of lava sea. Rock forms as islands of various size or hanging stalactites, on the surface and roof respectively.
Fire opals are highly abundant everywhere in this cavern. While occasional Burntilus stones glows in the air and gradually sink to the bottom.
Spark Flies forms large swarms here in the open air. Overgrown Basalt Crabs, their greater variants, can be rarely found here.
The molten magma here is rich in minerals. This is assumed to be the Mantle Worms' main source of food.
Speaking of worm, there are a lot more Mantle Worms in the cavern than on the surface. Not only due to the lack of Empress Phoenix, but also increased volume of molten materials. But unlike their surface cousins, these cavernous ones won't pursue prey too far away from the magma.
Fauna:
-Basalt Crab
-Burntilus
-Greater Basalt Crab
-Mantle Worm
-Spark Flies
Flora:
-N/A
Point of interest:
