She's white all over, and one day we might see all of her exposed ;)
(the only curious part is the yellow on top of the head)
But before the skirt grows out again, I guess she do have to go to the store to buy a temporary skirt, while exposing her panties.
But, after the clothes are removed, they could need to go to the store to buy some temporary clothes instead. A braixen having the yellow dress and black tights fully removed, while wearing a regular dress to cover up in the meantime, that's kinda amusing too, since you'll see her exposed white legs for example.
