Judas is a sort of high born and the last of the line since thier family got killed when thier home world got taken over. They got dropped off on because the others were worried and afraid how he was turning out and decided that it would be best just to get rid of them rather then him become a problem when he was old enough to be in charge.
Judas always thought he got left behind by accident and didn't think it was intentional. He never sees another of his kind again.
Them leaving Judas made him into more of a monster then he would have ever tuned out. Yeah, Judas has some problems but he wouldn't have been that bad if they handled him differently.
