Well, as my current journal states, I stayed in Olmstead for the better part of my Spring Break and did some photography while I was there. There is one particular spot in my grandparents' backyard where all that stands is a large tractor tire filled with sand (used to be a sandbox for the grandchildren) and a tall tree. Well, I looked at the sky with the branches of the tree going all over, and suddenly saw a fantastic image.
The color of the sky is just a little bit of Photoshop magic, but the tree itself was, indeed, this dark in the original image. It's truly incredible how it turned out.
