Sadly, it will do no good. That account will be closed and deleted by the user within a day (likely within the next 8-10 hours) and he'll just open a new one. Or several. Usually several per submission. And either he's running a VPN so the admins can't simply IP-ban his ass, or they simply don't care enough.

It would be easy to think that at this point, Petr is just continuing this rigamarole to be a massive troll. Except that others have pointed out other content of his off-site that screams of a delusional and sociopathic stalker living in a fantasy world cooked up by some mental imbalance or some-such.
Oh yeah, I know. He already hid his posts. Sadly, though, FA refuses to permaban his IP address. Either that, or like you said he's just using a randomizer to randomly generate an IP address. I'd call him a moron with the IQ level of a rock, but that'd just insult the rocks. Hell, I'd be surprised if he wasn't posting these things from a fucking Speak N' Spell. Maybe he waxes his modem to make it go faster.
You always seem to capture so much feeling into each piece. To me this has a light hearted serenity of the morning.
The character feels like someone who would be very cheerful and friendly and clearly fearless.
