Hi everybody!
I'm opening up commissions for VR Avatar Retextures!
PRICES
All prices are shown in GBP.
Regular texture work starting price: £50
Price will increase depending on the following;
Blender and unity work
Complexity of character design
Any changes required to scale of model or parts of model within Unity
Amount of accessories/assets you want adding to the model and retexturing
If I am required to purchase any 3D model or material (licensed shaders or models that are not mentioned in the google document model list).
I own a range of models, please view the list at the bottom, I recommend using CTRL+F and searching for your model to make things easier. If you can not find your model, it's worth asking about it as I still need to update the list. I also may not own it but if you still want me to retexture the model for you, please still get in touch with me – If the cost of the commission is more than the cost of the model, I may accept anyway. Please be aware, if your model is not a publicly available Free Model, you will also have to own a copy of the model in order for me to work on it.
THINGS I CAN AND CAN'T DO
CAN'T DO
- Cannot create anything clothing or asset related from scratch.
CAN DO
- I can only do quest compatibility if the model has a quest version with it. Otherwise, I will not do quest conversions
- I can add clothes and accessories to your model if they're made for the specific model you're wanting worked on and they have VRC Fury support
- I can do audio link emissive work (poiyomi shader).
- Emissive/panosphere texture work (scrolling, blinking, glow in the dark).
VR Retexture Commissions — OPEN (Limited Slots)
I’m opening VR model retexture commissions on a limited, short-term basis alongside my full-time job.
If you’re interested, please DM me with:
A link to the model you want retextured
Any reference images
Any additional information about thecommission you think I'll need
After commission completion you will be provided with:
- A link to a goodle drive with Textures
- The same Google Drive link can have exported Unity Materials if asked for.
- VRChat reference sheet that I will also post to my portfolios unless otherwise discussed.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
I take all payment upfront and no refunds will be given after purchase unless there is a valid reason or I have not started on the commission. I give partial refunds depending on how far in I am with the commission process.
I can fix problems after the commission process, but I will not go back in to change small things over and over again.
Please provide me with the correct character references to prevent any issues from arising.
- Payment will be on PayPal only via an invoice that is sent to you.
- After final approval of the model texture, no major changes will be made.

Payments & Refunds
On all of my commissions I ask for payments upfront. This means on first contact or confirmation of the commission. I do not offer split payments. I will NOT start working until I have received full payment.
All payments must be made through PayPal. You will be sent an invoice.
If there is a problem and I cannot do your commission, you will be refunded in full. However, if I have already started working on your commission and you decide you no longer want it, you will either get a partial refund or no refund depending on how long I have already spent working on it.
If you request any major changes that weren't discussed prior to starting the commission then you will be charged fees, especially if it's after the commission has been fully finalised between us.
Turnaround Time & Working Hours
I am not always able to make commissions the priority in my life, especially as I work full time. I give an estimated start time when we discuss the commission but this can be subject to change due to unexpected circumstances
If you need/want your commission completed by a deadline please ask and we can't discuss whether it's doable. There is no queue jumping, not even for extra payment.
Uploading your Commissions
When I have finished your commission, I will upload it/photos of the commission to my socials, discord servers, and other places, unless you request me not to do so.
You will be sent your commission file which will include the texture files via a Google Drive folder link or via dm. I am also able to package them as Unity material if asked. With retextures I do not hand out the substance painter files.
