Well this is her...kinda.
You see her ref was actually done long ago but me (and the artist) didn't really like the final result, and thus I never uploaded the original.
But that same artist (and friend) redesigned her in their new style!
I will not upload the old outdated original.

Niveen is a peculiar Eevee and that she is a mix between a normal and shiny Eevee, this is due to a weird mutation in her genes (this also caused the ear spikes)
She's a very upbeat and shy person, always going out with friends or going out (or staying in) with her boyfriend
She's 20

She typically wears shirts and shorts, and weirdly enough a glove on her left hand. The story behind the glove is a dark one. Two years ago Niveen was in a very bad place mentally, a lot was going on and when she learned that she may never evolve due to her mutation this sent her over the edge. One night she just wanted her friends around her....and then it happened. She suddenly got up and walked to the kitchen of her house, she pulled out a knife and without hesitation stabbed it right through her own hand, her friends managed to stop her before she could do any more damage and she was admitted into a hospital. After a year of therapy she is doing much better now, although her left hand is not completely functional, she wears the glove to not look at the scars.
