This took a while to assemble. I hope it's useful.
I'm sorry the file is so large- there's a lot it goes over. In hindsight it might have been a good idea to split it up some, haha.

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and a Wacom Bamboo Fun.
Any photoshop program and any tablet should work for this tutorial.
