In this picture we have Forbic as a very large, maybe slightly overweight alligator, but that has potentially confused his kobold friend here into thinking that he's in the weight/size class of a dragon! So now he has his own li'l kobold and can get free pampering and further encouragement towards his gluttonous appetite!
