Finally, we have Cierra the Umbreon. ^^ Pretty girl was only introduced this year, and captured quite a few hearts. >w< I'm proud of her, to be honest.

Profile: Originally the product of genetic engineering. Separated from her mother at Age 7, and trained to become a highly-classified deadly assassin. Unfortunately, errors in her genetics caused the entire project to flop, and her apparent "latent" powers were never discovered, or tapped.
Repeated assigned missions ended in failure, and soon Cierra was on the chopping block. It was only her partner and mentor, Bach Verez, who prevented her from a most uncertain death. Unfortunately, this was also the same individual who desired Cierra so badly, that when she turned him down he only sought out to destroy her.
Three months have passed. Cierra has a new mission now, but of what she does not know. She has temporary amnesia, only remembering her name and things after she awoke in a hotel room late one morning. Terrifying memories flash before her, but she cannot seem to grasp their meaning... What does this world hold for her, and what is she to find out...?
...Bach is searching for Cierra... He is aiming to destroy her at all costs... After all, what good is a genetic experiment gone wrong?

Innocent and pure at heart, but with a strong desire to love and be loved. Cierra does not understand the meanings behind hate, or desire. She only wishes she knew what others felt, and that she too could be accepted as just another person.

The device that she carries is a mysterious thing given to her from the criminal organization that she works for. It is a powerful device, only in its prototype development, that can be used for many things. It can intercept certain signals, stop trains, and even be used as a credit card or a pass on a bus. Yes, it can also work as a phone and it does get free texting and media messaging. :P No there are no games on it, yes it has touch-screen capabilities, a gyroscopic motor inside of it, and all that garbage. I haven't 100% decided all it can do, but pretty much: The organization set her up to fail. If she loses that device (which contains all her personal information, and things about her life on it), she's pretty much screwed. ...So, yeah.
