Some minor things may have happened to Omen.
After seeing an ad for test subjects online, Omen volunteered himself due to his nature as a test subject and found himself testing Ma'amallows. Marshmallows that aid in the transitioning of males to females.
Clearly a success, the experimental versions she tried had some small side effects. Omen has puffed up significantly and gained a reaction very similar to Elizabeth and Charlie's reactions to marshmallow and whipped cream.
