I was doing some reading on Meiji era Japan, I really like the blend of late Edo era traditional fashion with modern western clothing slowly encroaching in. So I thought I'd draw a Serow girl an outfit that reflects the fashion of time, in her traditional dress with modern leather boots underneath!
