Funo's design form my tiger fursona (Erea)'s lore, actually a spin off of it. Now the Liberty/Political Arc of lore.
On this spin off there's a tale of a Jaguar from the Mountainous Lands (Chile) started a movement based on Herkoms (fictional African liberation movement).
Alongside many movements of many countries of the New World (American Continent), they from the original Herkom group freeing people from the Land of Liberty and Old World (Europe)'s predatory imperial influence. Funo here is a partner of the protagonist and originally works for a branch the reformed Communist Party of Land of Corns (Mexico).
The former puppet monkey have some strange familiarity with the land, even never steeping there. It's because he's a memory from someone that live there and retained his geographic sense.
