We reach the second-to-last chapter of the EPIC HALLOWEEN PROJECT with a surprisingly tricky match-up. I wanted Chaos as Buu from the beginning, but unlike, say, Metal Sonic as Cell, Chaos' transformations did not track at all with Majin Buu's, and it took some thinking to get it right.
