Wufferterasu Redux (Forest)

Since it was my birthday on Monday, I decided to do something special for it! So here's a redo/continuation of the Okami/Amaterasu theme with Forest as the iconic wolf deity, or at least his own little take on it! I really wanted to see how much I had improved in about 4 years, and I think it's apparent in terms of picture composition, posing, musculature, etc...I'm actually a little happy with this picture, haha. I also learned a few new things about CSP (the "Close and Fill" and "Paint Unfilled Area" subtools were a godsend), and generally had a blast coming up with this. I look forward to playing around with more color pictures, and I have to say, I think this is a good look for the wuff~
Thank you everyone that's stuck with me over the years, I'm always practicing and learning, and while I may not post everything I've got in flight at any given time, I'm still working hard on improving my skills. I'm not done drawing for you all yet! ♥

I bet you could make a good comic series with Forest looking like that, especially if you have him go through the same journey which Okami/Amaterasu/Shiranui went through in that video game they appeared in on the PS2 and also the HD remastered version of the game that came out on the PS4 as well only if you think that's something you would ever want to or have the time to make according to your own schedule of course?
