I couldn't fit her personality in, but basically, Heather started as sort of a bossy kinda gal; a bit privileged thanks to her status in her research efforts before she was abducted and later became a superhero in the galaxy. Inspired by Mint's chill and sense of justice, she's taken up the identity, The Marker, known for her precision and use of augments and magic.
This lady was inspired by Merveille Million and Foretnoire from Little Tail Bronx, plus my own character, Molly. Not sure if I wanna make them related yet since they do bear some similarities to each other. But for now, she's pretty much a brand new anthro to this world I'm making.

Heather's proud owner of PolyTech specializing in augmentations and magic, as well as a proprietor of Thex's cloning technology resulting in the creation of Levi and Jerry. She is a part of King Maximus' circle of wealthy followers who essentially own parts of his kingdom thanks to their companies. Recently, she has collaborated with Terra Industries to create a world-supply of nanotech the king has employed as drone labor, which led to Thex becoming a police state where everyone is a prisoner. Out of regret, she shut down the production of the nanites preventing the king from gathering more material for his automated drone army. But as she'll soon find out, Maximus won't take "No" for an answer.
