This is a Basfliman, another one of the alien races from my universe, they're moth folk, they have two tails, and all members of their species have both male and female organs, excluding mammaries, y'know because they're basically bugs
There is two major groups, first there is an empire that focuses on conquering and enslaving other alien species they deem to be "below" them, the Alternarians are one race that was once under the control of this empire, but come January 21, 2919, Garrik Don Krogak, spearheaded the Alternarian revolution, driving enemy soldiers through each district of the grand city until the Empires forces we're fully routed out, the Basfliman emperor's own daughter helped lead this revolution along with Garrik.
There is a second more peaceful faction of Basfliman, who live on synthetic planets that resemble floating islands in space, surrounded by an oxygen bubble.
